How To Place An Order?
No credit card required. Individuals that wishes to order can do so by:
1) Requesting such order on any of our social platforms.
2) Selecting "Credit/Debit Card", "PayPal" or “Manual” payment at checkout.
You will receive a notification via Whatsapp/SMS/Email with all confirmation details.
Manual Payment Methods:
1) Cash on delivery. This method is only an option for
readily available products and exclude home deliveries.
2) Payment at any JMMB bank. Bank details will be given upon order request. For
pre-orders, a minimum 75% product down-payment must be made through the bank before FISHCO.TT proceeds with your order.

Shipping & Delivery

+ For pre-order products:
Shipping days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.
Shipment takes 14 business days.
+ For readily available products:
Delivery days are Monday- Saturday; Holidays are not included.
Home deliveries are done through TTPOST or an alternate courier (delivers in 2-3 days).
Pick-ups are done through selected public areas.

Return & Refund Policy
There is a 3 days money back guarantee on all watches purchased from us. Within 3 days, you can request either a refund or an exchange if product remains intact as delivered. The product must be in its original condition and free of damage.
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE AFTER 7 DAYS. Watches returned after 3 days of purchase may only be refunded for mechanical defects. There will be no refund on used or worn watches as we do not sell used watches, we will only offer refund or exchange for used watches if it is a mechanical defect, not cosmetic damages. Watches return with parts missing will not be granted refunds or exchanges.
must return all watches in original factory boxes, booklets, and plastic wraps. A copy of your receipt must be included. If for some reason you feel the merchandise is defective due to a mechanical issue, please notify us as we are happy to assist within 7 days from the purchased date. We will not be responsible thereafter.
